Responsibilities

• Duties include conducting land surveys for various projects, such as residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
• Utilizing advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data.
• Preparing detailed reports and maps for project planning and design.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree, 2-5 years of experience, and Professional Land Surveyor Certification preferred.
• Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with employees, managers, internal and external clients.
• A positive attitude and professional bearing.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with basic land surveying tools and techniques.
• High level of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and develop personally and professionally.
• Must be service-oriented and excited to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under and respond to stressful situations.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
