Professional Intern for Student Hub

The Office of Advising Strategies (OAS) is looking for a Professional Intern to support UNM Student Hub operations (a Salesforce application), training, user support, system maintenance, testing, and related projects. This position provides on-the-job training and professional development for a recent graduate interested in higher education student success, technology, business processes, data, training, administration, and customer service. The selected candidate will work closely with the Student Hub team and campus partners to help users navigate Student Hub processes, coordinate training and communications, provide basic issue triage, maintain system content, and support testing and data-validation projects. The position requires the ability to adapt quickly to technology, communicate complex processes in an accessible way, work independently, and collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and other campus partners.
