Founded in Maryland in 1977, we were one of the first whole-house cleaning services in the region. Our goal is to make customers’ lives better through quality cleanings at affordable prices.

About the role

We’re hiring enthusiastic full-time housekeepers who enjoy cleaning, giving back to others, and take pride in a job well done. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with major holidays off, and be part of a legacy of success and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Clean different homes each day alongside a partner using our Detail-Clean Rotation System, proven effective in over 20 million cleans across North America
• Follow CDC, EPA, and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines to ensure safety for employees and customers

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Pass a background check
• Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
• Willingness to learn our cleaning standards
• Ability to be on your feet all day with light lifting (under 15 pounds)
• Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile

Training

• In-office training plus a 2-week hands-on program with an experienced trainer
• No prior experience required
