Responsibilities

• Complete tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner.
• Examine problem situations and provide prompt, professional resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including Management, Office Personnel, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
• Present a clean-cut appearance and maintain a decent-looking vehicle.
• Organize tools and equipment for efficient use.
• Inspect properties and communicate potential repairs or services to customers.
• Earn customer trust and inquire about additional work opportunities.
• Work independently, providing quality craftsmanship and customer service.
• Enjoy being part of a winning team and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

A good overall knowledge of all trades, including drywall, carpentry, minor plumbing, tile, and minor electrical work. Full set of tools necessary for tasks, though not necessarily every tool. Must be a quick thinker and able to resolve problems professionally.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, punctuality, efficiency, and integrity are essential. Experience in multiple trades is preferred, but strong individual skills are also valued.

Skills
