Professional Handyman - $27 to $34 per Hour

About the role

A skilled handyman needed to work independently and deliver high quality home repairs for customers. This is not a helper position.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes and complete a variety of repair and maintenance tasks
• Solve problems on site and communicate with homeowners
• Typical work includes: drywall patching and repair, door adjustments and installation, carpentry repairs, trim repair and installation, hardware and fixture installation, general home repair and maintenance, small improvement projects
• Work independently, diagnose problems, and complete work without constant supervision

Requirements

• Experienced in residential repair or handyman work
• Able to complete jobs independently
• Comfortable using common carpentry and repair tools
• Friendly and professional with homeowners
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to solve problems on the job

Qualifications

• Prior handyman or residential repair experience
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
• Ownership of basic professional handyman tools
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to pass a drug screening

Pay

Pay will be based on experience and skill level. Technicians who can work independently and deliver strong workmanship will earn more.
