Qualifications

• 2+ years of grooming experience
• Proficiency in grooming all dog breeds
• Strong skillset in fluff drying techniques
• A passion for providing top-notch care and attention to all animals

What You'll Do

• Provide full-service grooming for dogs and cats: bathing, haircuts, de-shedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and more
• Check each pet's coat and skin before grooming, flagging any concerns to our veterinary team
• Use low-stress handling techniques to keep pets calm, safe, and comfortable
• Watch for signs of stress, overheating, or illness throughout each appointment
• Keep detailed grooming notes and communicate clearly with clients and staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked grooming space

What You'll Bring

• Professional grooming experience with a variety of dog breeds (cat grooming experience a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of breed-specific cuts and coat types
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Comfort learning new software/systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift (standing, bending, kneeling)
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
