Responsibilities
- Developing project scope
- Supporting invoicing, budgeting, scheduling, managing, documenting
- Using ArcGIS and related tools to compile and individualize maps for each project
- Collecting data through various databases for use in determining model parameters
- Hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrodynamic and 2D modeling
- Watershed mapping and inundation mapping
- Preparing and presenting project findings to clients and other external groups
- Preparing reports and directing staff in preparing graphics for reports
- Preparing submittals for permit applications
- Communicating with agencies to address RFIs and clarifications
- Supervising and training junior staff
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer - Texas PE or ability to obtain Texas registration within 12 months
- Minimum three days a week in-office
- BS in Civil Engineering
- MS in Civil Engineering with Water Resources or similar concentration (plus)

About the Role
This position will collaborate with a multidisciplinary A/E team and will work on municipal, land development, private, industrial, healthcare, military/defense, and other projects. Subject Matter Expertise on engineering projects that are largely water resources focused including civil, hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling and analysis.
