Professional Engineer (P.E.)

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Research jurisdictional requirements and incorporate them into project design.
• Create design drawings using MicroStation, Geopak, and Open Roads.
• Write and prepare graphic materials for presentations and documents.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to design and produce construction documents.
• Possesses technical and professional knowledge and skills to perform the job effectively, efficiently, and safely.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications before submission.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure designs are free from errors or inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in an organized and professional manner.
• Able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 1-5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
