Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead forensic engineering projects, including field investigations, accident reconstruction, and technical analysis.
- Engage, collaborate, and mentor Associate Engineers on project-related assignments.
- Apply advanced engineering principles, including use of 3D scanning, drones, and simulation software, to reconstruct vehicle accidents.
- Prepare, review, and present technical reports with clear, compelling results for clients.
- Ensure all work meets professional engineering standards, client expectations, legal requirements, and deadlines
- Testify as an expert witness in depositions and court proceedings when needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and professional relationships.
- Contribute to business development through high-quality client interactions and technical excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or closely related engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 4 years of engineering experience, including direct client-facing responsibilities.
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- Demonstrated expertise in accident reconstruction or related engineering fields.
- Availability for regional travel.
