Professional Development Facilitator
About the Job
Professional Development Facilitators are a critical part of supporting the Northern Lights Collaborative for Computing Education (NLCCE) programs. PD is offered in various formats including in-person, online, or hybrid, and helps educators learn computing concepts and practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate PD sessions as determined by modality (online, in-person, hybrid)
- Facilitate follow-up sessions after initial PD
- Maintain timely and effective communication with PD participants
- Review and prepare materials for PD workshops
- Align materials and PD strategies to relevant frameworks and standards
- Attend facilitator meetings and respond to emails from the project team
- Support recruitment of participants for professional development
- Encourage and support PLC members to complete research requirements, if applicable

Pay And Benefits
Pay Range: $34.82 - $46.14 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Retirement plans are available for various classifications.
