Professional Development Coordinator (RN - Registered Nurse)
Summary
The Professional Development Coordinator coordinates the daily workflow of the Nursing Professional Development Team, while incorporating all aspects of the Nursing Professional Development Specialist role. Develops educational opportunities and programs based on participants' identified learning needs. Works collaboratively with the other members of the team, internal and external partners and stakeholders to create a learning environment and education programs that meet individual, department, and organizational goals and facilitate the adult learning process.
Requirements
- RN license, BSN degree & 6 years related work exp
- Familiarity with American Heart Association courses preferred
