Professional Counselor
About the role
The Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

- Member of Interdisciplinary Care Team on Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit
Requirements
- Master's Degree - Counseling or related field.
- Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire or, Oregon Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License - Oregon Board of Licensed Counselors and Therapists upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year - Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree - Counseling or related field.

Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
