About the Role
A day in the life of a caregiver includes providing compassionate assistance and building meaningful relationships with clients. You'll engage in activities that enhance their quality of life while supporting their daily needs.
- Provide a helping hand and engage in fun, meaningful conversations with clients.
- Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies (e.g., scrapbooking, gardening, games).
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Assist with walking, dressing, and other daily living activities.
- Report completed activities and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.

Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds independently.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, turn, and twist frequently.
- Reliable transportation with valid, active insurance.
- Valid, active driver’s license.
- Annual negative TB skin test.
- Satisfactory employment background screenings.
- Satisfactory drug screenings prior to and during employment.
- Appropriate license or designation to provide personal care services; must pass a skills assessment within 30 days of job offer.
