Key Responsibilities
- Lead thoughtful, high-value conversations with professionals exploring career direction, leadership development or transition
- Support individuals navigating promotions, leadership challenges or professional growth goals
- Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured coaching consultations
- Apply your leadership, HR, consulting or talent experience to guide clients effectively
- Use modern digital tools (including AI-supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow
- Maintain professional communication, follow-up and relationship management
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities
Who This Suits
