Profesional de Gestión de Inventarios (Sustancias Controladas)
Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and maintain updated information in control systems to ensure traceability and reliability of data.
- Conduct operational inspections in storage areas to identify deviations and promote corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze operational data and indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in substance management and inventory.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to the safe handling of controlled substances.
- Participate in audits, trainings, and initiatives aimed at strengthening safety, storage, and compliance processes.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance teams, warehouses, and operations to ensure site continuity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in industrial operations, mining, maintenance, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Experience in inventory management, storage, or critical materials, supplies, or hazardous substances.
- Potential experience in industrial maintenance, workshops, warehouses, or heavy equipment environments.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Potential experience with Power BI and ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of inventory control, operational data analysis, and report preparation.
- Understanding of regulations related to the safe handling of controlled substances or hazardous materials.
- Ability to perform operational tracking, identify deviations, and contribute to process improvements.
