Responsibilities

• Operatively drive daily operations and ensure adequate staffing and resources based on order flow to achieve customer and organizational goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the department with around 14 employees.
• Ensure structured and correct inventory management with the right materials and volumes on site.
• Ensure products and processes comply with relevant food hygiene regulations, both internally and externally.
• Drive internal improvement and optimization work related to warehousing and logistics.
• Report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary career experience in similar roles for several years.
• Significant experience in development and improvement work according to LEAN, leading and driving projects, and delivering good results.
• A high-level education in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• High computer and system skills, preferably within SAP and Balthzar.
• Class A driver's license.
• Experience from a similar role in a production or manufacturing company is preferred.
