Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods for completeness, identity, and conformity with manufacturing documents
• Operate and load cleaning and post-treatment systems (e.g., IK rinsing station, multi-chamber cleaning system), including selection of predefined cleaning programs
• Optimize processes for loading and unloading carriers and plugboards, and assign tools and manufacturing documents
• Perform quality checks on cleaned products and monitor water, pre-treatment, and post-treatment quality
• Report production orders in SAP and transport orders internally to the next work step
• Assist in charging and discharging coating systems
• Participate in maintenance and repair work, report faults and quality defects, and assist in resolving them

Requirements

• Experience working in a production environment, ideally with basic knowledge of tools
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• High motivation and ability to work independently
• Reliability, flexibility, and resilience
