About the role

As Product Manager, you will serve as the central interface between customers, development, and business operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Product development and strategy
• Responsibility for the further development of our software solution
• Translation of customer needs into concrete product requirements
• Priority setting and planning of features together with the tech team
• Definition and further development of the product strategy
• Customer understanding and market
• Direct exchange with customers (remote and on-site)
• Conducting interviews and feedback sessions
• Analysis of the market, competition, and industry trends
• Identification of optimization potential in the product
• Collaboration with tech & operations
• Creation of user stories, requirements, and concepts
• Supporting the implementation of features from idea to rollout
• Quality assurance and testing of new functions
• Structured control of the development team's implementation
• Building and ensuring a continuous feedback loop between customers, product, and development

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• First-hand experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a comparable role
• A strong understanding of software and digital products
• Practical experience (such as through internships) is advantageous
• A structured, independent working style and analytical thinking
• Outstanding communication skills and hands-on mentality
• A willingness to occasionally travel to clients

Qualifications

• Fluent in both German and English
