Productivity Services Engineer

About the role

The Productivity Services provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will support the design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN).

Responsibilities

• Support the operational organizations supporting RFCs and IAVA compliance.
• Support re-engineering efforts required by integration to GNE AD, and other systems external to Army 365 via approved data standards.
• Participate in strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews of NetOps capabilities to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.
• Provide technical integration, engineering, test and analysis and operational support to identify interoperability issues related to enterprise capabilities or network design, Active Directory, identify management, as it relates to Tier III problem resolution.
• Manage incidents and problems; confirm validity of issues and problems; seek known solutions related to more complex issues.

Requirements

• DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAT Level II Certification
• Computing Environment Certification, Microsoft Associate Certification (or equivalent)

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
