Production Workers

1st - 6am to 4:30 pm - $13.00 2nd shift - 4:30 pm to 3:00 am - $13.50Mandatory Overtime As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that machinery is set up correctly, operates efficiently, and consistently produces materials that meet company quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities: As part of your daily duties, you are expected to:Set up and operate machinery in alignment with daily production goalsAssess machine functions against specifications such as fixture positioning, cutting speeds, and feed ratesIdentify and remove weld splatter from machinery to maintain optimal performanceInstall gig components on machinesComplete the daily production checklistPerform daily machine inspectionsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRead and interpret blueprints and equipment manualsStay informed on production targets and timelinesReport any equipment malfunctions to the production lead promptlyUse hand tools regularly, including but not limited to: Allen wrenches, hand drills, chisels, hammers, snips, and socket wrenchesAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines #BBLRequirements: To perform this job successfully, you must meet the following minimum requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have at least 6 months of manufacturing experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust possess good hand-eye coordination
