Production Worker - Trimmer Raw Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

Direct Source Meats is hiring a Trimmer at the Raw Plant.

Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant.

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut various cuts of meats using a hand knife or Whizard Knife.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in using hand knives.
• Must be comfortable working in wet and cold conditions.
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Benefits

• Starting pay: $15.75/hr
• $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days of employment and $250 after 180 days of employment) (Limited Time)
