Production Worker - Trimmer Cook Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

Direct Source Meats is now hiring for Trimmer at the Cook Plant. Direct Source Meats offers stability with long-term, full-time employment. Direct Source Meats offers high quality, specialty meat products to customers. Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant.

Responsibilities

• Trimming/cutting various cuts of meats using a hand knife or whizard knife.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in using hand knives.
• Must be okay with wet and cold conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

Monday–Friday from 7:30 am until finished.

Pay

Starting pay: $15.75/hr.
