Production Worker (Tillman)

Responsibilities

• Maintain basic knowledge of the operation of production equipment
• Read and complete work orders accurately
• Process work orders in production system
• Identify and troubleshoot common production problems
• Maintain and clean equipment for continued proper operation; notify management of any maintenance or repairs required
• Perform tasks in an efficient and productive manner

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience operating a reach truck is preferred
• Consistent heavy lifting; ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs. at times with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms for an entire shift
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and working with smaller components
• Attention to detail, quality and accuracy
• Able to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions and correspondence in English
• Able to perform common mathematical skills, such as multiplying in dozens or calculating print rates
• Able to effectively teach and cross-train other employees, as needed

Qualifications
