Production Worker -Roofing

About the role

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work at a fast and consistent pace. You will work with a team to build roofs in a production setting, keep your area neat and clean, read and use a tape measure, interpret blueprints and orders, and communicate effectively with coworkers. You will use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing desired
• General construction experience and knowledge
• Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and methodically
• Understanding of safety procedures
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to live the Champion Operating Principles
• Must pass a 7-panel drug screen

Pay

Weekly pay starting at $20 per hour.
