Production Worker- Relief

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized workstation and follow appropriate housekeeping practices in all production areas.
• Perform light set-ups and dismantling of assigned production areas.
• Report to assigned locations/job sites (e.g., the Wolf Center, Blossom Road, or other work sites) on a daily, weekly, or permanent basis as needed.
• Participate in various phases of production operations as required.
• Implement and comply with functions affecting product safety and quality as outlined in established SQF procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Driver License.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

Skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with others.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to turn/twist upper body.
• Must be able to stand and walk frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. dead weight.
• Majority of time spent in a manufacturing environment; required protective equipment must be worn.
