About the role
Join our team as we build the next chapter in our company's continued growth. Starting rate will be $16/hour for a Monday-Friday day shift position (overtime may be required).
Responsibilities
- Learn various trades in the construction field
- Work with your hands
- Set home portions and prepare them for the home owner
- Participate in on-site construction projects
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Understanding and following safety procedures
- Good teamwork skills
- Live the Champion Operating Principles
Qualifications
- Less than high school education
- Up to one month related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired but not required
- Previous experience in construction related positions is a plus but not required
