Production Worker - Manufacturing - For current temporary employees only

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Bolt, clip, and screw parts together
• Loads raw material and unloads finished product
• Identifies quality defects and raw material flaws
• Placed parts in specified relationship to each other
• Tends machines such as presses and cutting machines
• Reads and follows Powder Coating Processes
• Powders coats parts by color needed for model
• Fulfills schedule and hands parts needed for Powder Coating
• Placed parts in specified relationship to each other
• Works at different workstations as production needs require
• Packages all shed parts that are necessary for each box
• Follows all run conditions while packaging product
• Works in different assigned zones as needed
• Cross trains in different areas within the sheds department

Qualifications

• Must be a current temporary employee working at Lifetime Products through a staffing agency
• No prior experience or training is needed
• Less than a high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual in English
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Overtime flexibility during peak seasons
