Production Worker-Grinder

Join the Watteredge Team! Watteredge is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Worker – Grinder to join our second-shift manufacturing team. This hands-on position involves grinding and finishing metal components while maintaining Watteredge's standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Grind, deburr, and finish metal components according to specifications.
• Operate hand grinders and other finishing equipment safely.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and basic drawings.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and proper finish.
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools as required.
• Identify and report defects or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 or more years of manufacturing, grinding, or metalworking experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move materials as required.

Pay

10% shift differential applied to base pay.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (2nd shift).
