About the role
Responsible for assembling and finishing home building components under supervision. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Assemble and finish home building components under supervision.
- Operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous construction experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in using power tools.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Good communication skills.
