About the role
This position is responsible for Deplating, Dewaxing and Inspection / Wrapping molds for Casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry. It also includes Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Removes molds from the output dry tunnels, removes hardware from molds and records mold weights
- Loads and unloads autoclave & continuous Dewax oven
- In the Equiax Foundry perform the Core Reclaim operation when needed
- Perform mold wash / inspection/ mold wrap and boroscope operation
- Operates attendant equipment
- Transports materials and molds as required
- Maintains a clean and safe working area
- Cleans and prepares hardware for wax assembly
- Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records or molds processed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to read and interpret and follow instructions and write and speak English

Pay
New Hire Starting Hourly Rate: $25.00 After 12 Months: $27.71
Schedule
The work hours for this Midnight Shift position are Sunday night - Thursday night 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM.
Training
Training on 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00a - 2:30p.
