Production Worker - Day Shift
About the role
Throughout your shift, you’ll help wash, dry, inspect, test, destroy, label, pack, and store drums and tote containers. Your specific tasks will vary daily based on where manpower is needed. You may operate a power washer, vacuum, forklift, or other tools. The work environment is not climate-controlled, can be loud, and may have a chemical odor due to cleaning containers that previously held chemicals. The job involves physically demanding, repetitive work—you’ll be on your feet for most of your shift, lifting and moving materials.
This role is stable and team-oriented, offering a sense of accomplishment at the end of each shift. To thrive, you must be physically able to lift a 35-lb plastic bottle repeatedly, have basic math skills for counting totes and drums, and demonstrate a strong work ethic by showing up on time with a positive attitude.
