Production Worker (Concrete)

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Aiding with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
• Performing any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area.

Requirements

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in an open-air environment.
• Prior to experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior to experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used.
• Must be able to push or pull carts with 80 pounds of force.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Must be able to step up 20 inches.
