Production Worker

A Day in the Life

The Production Worker executes food production tasks to meet operational, safety, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating equipment and following recipes and manufacturing orders
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Verifying product specifications
• Documenting cook temperatures
• Loading and unloading ovens
• Performing sanitation duties
• Training new team members
• Coordinating with team members
• Guiding production activities in the absence of a supervisor

Core Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Experience in food production or manufacturing environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with BRC standards and manufacturing operational systems (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and guiding team performance
• Ability to contribute to improvements in yield, labor efficiency, and product quality
