Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations and materials for production.
- Rotate between production line positions as needed.
- Open and dump ingredient bags into production equipment.
- Fill nesting trays and carton magazines.
- Assemble cases and prepare packaging materials.
- Hand-place products onto the production line.
- Pack finished products into cases and prepare them for shipment.
- Stack finished cases onto pallets.
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Attend daily pre-shift and safety meetings.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- At least 6 months of production, manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
