Production Worker

About the role

As a Production Worker here at Solstice, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support the Honeywell Operating System.
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports.
• Set up and change over equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Demonstrated ability to meet safety, quality and production targets while semi-independently operating a manufacturing asset.
• Experience interfacing with software systems for equipment operation, inventory control and quality control.
• Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
• Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities.
• Focus on important information and identify key details.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.
• Creative thinking and idea generation.

Requirements

YOU MUST BE A US PERSON. This means you must be a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Pay

The annual hourly pay for this position is $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

Rotating shifts and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
