Description

Join the Smurfit WestRock team in Sioux Falls, SD as a Production Worker! Available Shift(s): 2nd & 3rd
Starting Wage Range: $20.84 per hour, with scheduled increases after 60 days up to a maximum of $27.00 per hour.
Additional Incentives Shift Differentials ($0.75/hr. for 2nd Shift, $1.00/hr. for 3rd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes
• Conducting quality checks
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Operating manufacturing equipment/powered equipment safely and following specific directions
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs. a day
• Must be able to push, pull or lift to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload
• Must be willing to work any available shift

Requirements

• Strong commitment to working safely
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
