Pay
Starting wage range: $20.84 per hour, with scheduled increases after 60 days up to a maximum of $27.17 per hour. Additional shift differentials: $0.75 per hour for 2nd shift and $1.00 per hour for 3rd shift.
Schedule
Available shifts: 2nd and 3rd. Employees may be required to work daily overtime, weekends, and various shifts depending on workload. Must be willing to work any available shift.

Responsibilities
- Safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes
- Conduct quality checks, material set‑up, and machine set‑up
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate manufacturing and powered equipment safely, following specific directions
- Read tape measures and apply basic math and computer skills
- Comply with all safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Physical ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hours a day
- Frequent lifting or moving of up to 50 lb
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and various shifts
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Basic math, tape‑measure reading, and computer skills
