About the role
Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform duties as assigned.
- Work safely, comply with all safety rules, lift, push or pull over 50 lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
- Read a tape measure (to 1/16" measurement), perform basic math, and use some computer skills.
- Demonstrate general mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Perform complete make-ready and shut down.
- Understand Quality Inspection Criteria.
- Handle product identification and labeling.
- Maintain waste and efficiency standards.
- Perform inspections on various equipment for proper operation and report questionable conditions.
- Perform various housekeeping, cleaning, and organizing functions with minimal supervision to ensure areas are clean and free from debris.
Requirements
- Self-starting, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with other levels of management and staff.
- Industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required, including up to 12 hours a day and Saturdays.
- Pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and physical.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Successfully pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
- Provide proof of being 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs repetitively and demonstrate good body mechanics.
- Be safety conscious, follow directions, and work safely around moving machinery.

Pay
Starting rate: $20.51 per hour.
Schedule
1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (with overtime required, up to 12 hours a day and Saturdays).
