About the role

Starting pay is $21.70/hour with overtime available. This is a 12-hour shift position (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties at the can line, end line, office areas, restrooms, and cafeteria to maintain an orderly plant.
• Assist in plant maintenance as directed.
• Relieve breaks for other positions (e.g., Palletizer Operator and End Line Equipment Operator).

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Desire to learn new skills.
