Production Worker
What You'll Be Doing
- Making Things Happen – Produce high-quality finished goods that make mornings better for our consumers.
- Ensure efficient and safe machine operation.
- Inspect equipment and perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance.
- Demonstrate accountability by following all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
- Show strong communication skills, flexibility, and openness to partnering with others to achieve goals.
- Operate machinery.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
Requirements
- Physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds.
- Able to work overnight shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The starting pay rate for this position is $23.58. Comprehensive benefits are offered to support your life events, big or small.
