About the role
As a Production Worker, you will use your talent for all things technical to help us produce some of the world's most recognizable products. We are looking for high-energy, motivated, and innovative individuals to help our team create waffles.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality finished goods that make mornings better for our consumers while ensuring efficient and safe machine operation.
- Inspect equipment and perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance to maintain efficiency and safety.
- Follow all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices while performing key tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a teamwork-oriented environment, demonstrating strong communication skills, flexibility, and openness to partnering with others.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate machinery.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physically able to stand for long hours and lift up to fifty pounds at or above the waist.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
Pay
$23.58 per hour (starting rate).
