Position: Production Worker

Now Hiring: Production Worker Starting Pay: $21.50/hr

Position Level: A-1

What You’ll Do:

• Operate assembly, packing, and bagging machines
• Perform quality inspections based on customer specifications
• Packaging and labeling products according to the Control Plan
• Completing line clearances between production runs
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your workspace (5S standards)
• Communicating with coworkers about safety, quality, and production needs
• Performing root cause analysis and assisting in resolving issues
• Supporting other areas based on changing business demands

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions (English proficiency required)
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $21.50/hr starting rate
• $2.00/hr shift differential
