Production Worker

Essential Functions Of This Role

• Operate both small and large mobile equipment
• Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cab
• Work with a team in the various facilities to produce world class plate products
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a transferrable industry with transferrable skills
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension
• Ability to read instructions, do basic math and perform simple measurements is critical

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, Vo-Tech certificate, or associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or other related curriculum
• Knowledge and skills in electrical or mechanical areas

Pay

A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered for this position, with $1,500 paid at start and $1,500 paid after completion of 6 months.

Schedule

The role requires working multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime in a heavy industrial environment.
