About the role

AeroFlow Technologies designs and manufactures complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials engineered for extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical environments. Our components are trusted in demanding applications, from commercial aircraft to advanced military aircraft. The Production Worker ensures the end-to-end delivery, reliability, conformity, and quality of our Kirkland manufacturing outputs while supporting high-quality production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with production processes and material handling operations
  • Support machine operators as needed
  • Perform material movement, packaging, and recordkeeping
  • Follow safety requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks as required

Requirements

  • Ability to safely perform essential functions, including standing and walking for 8–10 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
  • Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, or platforms as required
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes, respirators, or other safety gear
  • Obtain, understand, and respond to information necessary to safely perform assigned duties
  • Recognize and appropriately respond to alarms, warning signals, and workplace communications in a manufacturing environment
  • Work safely around moving machinery and industrial equipment

Work Environment

  • Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and varying temperatures
  • Working in hot, cold, or humid conditions depending on the season
  • Fast-paced production environment with productivity and quality standards
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed
