Production Worker - 1st shift

About the role

Our client in Middleton is growing and looking to add Full-Time Production workers to their team. If you enjoy hands-on work and want a schedule that fits your life, this could be a great match.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 1st shift: 4 (10-hour days) or 4 (9-hour days) and Friday 4 hours

Pay

• $17 per hour
• Time-and-a-half for all hours worked beyond 40 in a week

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment to produce products according to specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues to maintain quality and production efficiency
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure components and finished products meet quality standards
• Accept or reject products based on test results and established specifications

Requirements

• 1–2 years of electronic manufacturing experience (other manufacturing considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability to use electrical test equipment, microscopes, micrometers, calipers, soldering irons, and computer terminals
