Production Worker (1st Shift 7a-3:30p)
In this role, you will impact the overall product quality and production efficiency by performing assembly tasks, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform final assembly operations on products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards with precision.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment used in final product assembly.
- Strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards and working collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in final assembly or production work within a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision and meet production deadlines.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
