About the role
The Production Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate, safe, and efficient movement and storage of materials to support the business needs of the manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads trucks with inbound and outbound materials.
- Inspects incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and damage.
- Accurately records material movements in the inventory management system.
- Moves materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks using PIVs.
- Reports inventory levels, material shortages, and other issues to Supervisors.
- Performs all functions according to sound safety principles and company policies and procedures.
- Inspects equipment daily, per guidelines, prior to use.
- Completes all necessary paperwork and documentation neatly, timely, and accurately, including quality reports, timecards, etc. Enters data and maintains computer record information as directed.
- Assists with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives and contributes to a team-oriented work environment.
- Communicates effectively across and within company departments.
- Maintains good housekeeping in the department.
- Monitors product constantly to ensure quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues, and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
- Customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain strong working and vendor relationships.
- Excellent work ethic – ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using a PC with computer software packages, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to deal effectively with various personality types and cultures.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule
Shift: Days Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
