Production Utility - Moulding
About the role
This role currently follows a 4/10, Monday–Thursday schedule with rotation from days to nights every four weeks. As staffing levels increase, the schedule pattern is expected to change in the future to include additional days and arrangement of hours.
Responsibilities
- Handling, stacking, and grading of material up to 18ft in length and weighing up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Continuous wrapping and sub-bundling of material and stacking of millwork for shipment.
- General cleaning of work area and surroundings.
- Banding together units at the end of each production run.
- Monitor quality of product, equipment, and safety and working with supervisor as issues arise
- Use a tape measure and miter saw to cut runners and side boards to the proper length for banding.
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
- Forklift experience preferred
- Manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks
- Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Able to problem solve and identify safety hazards.

Pay
Pay starts at $20.15 per hour and will increase up to $22.40 upon completion of certifications within the 6-month probationary period, plus a profit share/gain share program
