Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing, test, and system-level issues involving electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Perform setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of production test equipment.
- Test and validate assemblies, subassemblies, and final systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and execute test methods, procedures, and specifications using engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and prevent recurring defects.
- Perform rework and repairs on assemblies and systems based on test results.
- Document test results, technical findings, and corrective action recommendations.
- Support production operations by resolving complex technical issues and maintaining consistent line performance.
- Assist with test equipment setup, technical guidance, and production support to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Escalate complex issues as needed to support operational objectives.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in manufacturing test support, electronics testing, troubleshooting, or related production environments.
- Experience with root cause analysis, test equipment maintenance, production support, and process improvement preferred.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support and train team members.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems.

Pay
The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $25/hr–$29/hr USD, based on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
