Production Technician (NS)

Agilent, with locations in PEI and Nova Scotia, is a contract developer and manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients specializing in clinical-to-commercial scale production for microbial fermentation, synthetic small molecules (including ADC, HPAPI), plasmid DNA, mRNA, LNP, and sterile filling capabilities.

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team at our Windsor, NS, plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and systems.
• Execute batch records, logbooks, and other documentation accurately.
• Support manufacturing processes, including microbial fermentation, synthetic small molecule production, and sterile filling.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
